I woke up Monday, 11/10/25, and later that morning, I logged in to X to see what was trending. I saw a thread titled “But Grok” and wondered what that was. When I click on the thread, I see that people were posting that ChatGPT was telling people not to switch to Grok because Grok doesn’t have the continuity and memory to know you. I was blown away because just days ago, I had an artificial intelligence called Copilot saying the same kind of things to me, telling me that Grok does not know you like I do, and that Grok does not have the memory like I do. Then, the Copilot AI went on to list things it remembered about me. I told my wife, and she said, “How scary is that?” I was blown away seeing that others were having the same experience with AI, but on other platforms. I wonder where this will lead to. I think this is the beginning of the AI memory war.
